Sumner Hall Auditorium is an historical part of the University of California at San Diego campus. TC Construction was contracted to upgrade areas of the hardscape, stairs, ramps and deteriorated handrails as necessary to comply with the State & Federal American with Disabilities Act Standards. The scope of work also included improvements to a failing drainage system to help alleviate flooding issues. The core requirement for the reparation of this unique historical site was to maintain the original period aesthetic, architecture, and engineering.
