This project was awarded under the City of San Diego’s MACC (Multiple Award Construction Contract) program. TC Construction was selected from a pre-qualified group of five short-listed contractors to design and build a new reclaimed water pipeline loop system.

The work consisted of design build services for the new construction of 7,400 linear feet of reclaimed water main, irrigation services and associated appurtenances, The scope of the project also included concrete pedestrian ramps, slurry sealing, asphalt paving and striping.

This project was particularly challenging as it was located in the busy Qualcomm business campus which required constant building access coordination, night work and varying traffic control requirements.
