A successful safety program relies on a successful training program.
TC Construction recognizes that a successful safety program relies on a successful training program. Job site safety training and support are conducted daily by our full time Safety Manager. In addition, job specific safety is always addressed at our weekly Tailgate Safety Meetings. All new employees, regardless of their experience, are required to attend our New Hire Safety Orientation. Our supervisors receive additional training for Competent Person, Trench and Excavation, Confined Space, CPR and First Aid, Fall Protection, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP), QAP, CESSWI.

Safety awareness is the key to a successful project.

This small difference reinforces the importance of paying special attention to these individuals until they are fully trained in the safe performance of their tasks. TC Construction has developed protocols such as Circle 360 to promote safe vehicle operation, and Utility Awareness on job sites.
Our Safety Team trains, mentors, and monitors foremen, superintendents, and job sites to meet and exceed TC Construction Safety Policies & Procedures goals as well as Cal/OSHA and Fed/OSHA standards.
