TC Construction Project Managers and Estimators visited our 3 Roots Development project site in Mira Mesa, San Diego, in December of 2023. Photos show the installation of the 380 foot long x 65 foot wide Conspan precast bridge. To form the bridge, 92 segments are placed on a pedestal wall and footing. The bridge allows for the nearby creek to be redirected and accommodates the partial rerouting of Carrol Canyon Road. Included in the 3 Roots project are 4,000 linear feet of 30 inch sewer main, 12 manholes measuring 12 feet (dia) x 40 feet (deep), water and storm drain pipeline installation.
