San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the La Media Road Improvements Project. This project will enhance safety, provide traffic congestion relief, local infrastructure drainage improvements, and create an improved access road for freight trucks traveling through the Otay Mesa Port of Entry.
