For an impressive 27 years, Jose has been a dedicated part of the TC Construction team. His foreman, Irving Ayala, knows he can count on Jose as both an operator and a leadman. Jose takes safety seriously and makes sure new employees get the right training to do the job safely and be productive. Jose has been with Irving’s crew for nine years and has never been late or missed a day without notice. Every day, he shows up with a great attitude, ready to work hard, push himself, and find ways to be safer and more efficient. Thank you Jose, for your years of dedication!
