Jan Magoffin, Foreman
Jan was voted Employee of the Year 2023, for our Field Operations. He came to TC Construction in 2005 as a foremen in our Retaining Wall Division and is now one of our top performing private Underground Utility Foremen. Jan is highly regarded throughout our company for his diligence, respectful manner, attention to detail and amazing ability to get all required documentation turned in on time! Jan always keeps an emphasis on safety and mentoring his crew.
