The three parking lots are located in the Mission Bay Park and identified as Bonita Cove Central Parking Lot, Robb Field South Parking Lot, and Bonita Cove West.

General scope of work for all parking lots:

• Secure required development permits
• Identify and correct any areas with drainage issues
• Document existing impacted survey markers and coordinate their removal and replacement with the City Surveying Section
• Design and implement adequate traffic control, coordinate traffic control design and implementation with Park & Recreation Department Area Manager
• Develop a phasing plan with a schedule for work for each site to limit parking disturbance
• Evaluation of tree removal, trimming, or root shaving, requiring coordination with Park & Recreation Department Area Manager and the City of San Diego Urban Forester
• Resurfacing approximately 366,192 square feet of parking lots and roadways with asphalt concrete
