This highly anticipated, master planned, mixed use project, was in the planning and permitting phases for over 15 years. After many budgeting constraints that nearly halted construction, the project was finally made possible through a combination of public and private funding. This 72 acre project includes 242 residential units, and over 500,000 square feet of office and retail space. It also connects the Park Village community to the 56 Freeway via the extensions of Carmel Mountain Road and Camino Del Sur. The scope of work for TC Construction included self performance and management of a wide variety of trades from the onset of the earthwork through the final paved roadways.
