Located among rolling hills just east of Rancho Santa Fe, this project included nearly 300 residences. TC Construction was contracted by Black Mountain Ranch LLC., to build 12 turn key projects in the Black Mountain area. The infrastructure of these homes includes approximately 55,000 linear feet of sewer, water, storm drain and dry utilities. All roads throughout the community were balanced, finished and asphalt paved. Concrete flatwork and other street improvements were also included in the contract.
