TC Construction was selected from the City of San Diego emergency services list to perform repairs to a failed 180 inch CMP storm drain. The failure created dangerous sinkholes adjacent to a large multi-family complex. Our team performed engineering, design, and construction services. The project consisted of:

• work within the confined space of a live 180 inch storm drain system
• debris and sediment removal
• storm water bypassing
• interior repairs
• new structural rebar and shotcrete placement
• grouting of exterior voids with Uretek polymer foam
• traffic control
• landscaping
