North River Farms Field Lunch

Our September field lunch was held at our North River Farms project in Oceanside. Many thanks to Foreman, Rick Dickerson; Project Managers, Grant Werdick and Tammy Papp; Superintendent, Vic Lewis; and our entire crew. 

North River Farms is located within the agricultural district of Oceanside. There will be 395 new residences built by Lennar Homes. The community also includes large commercial lots along with a new fire station. Construction activities include installation of 15,000 linear feet of storm drain, 20,000 linear feet of sewer and 23,000 linear feet of water mains.
