Scope of Work

• 2 terraced Keystone walls up to 20 feet high
• One additional wall to extend the building pad area.

Unique Aspects

• Aesthetics and landscape were a priority
• The terraced walls face the southbound offramp of I-805 at La Jolla Village Drive
• TC Construction worked closely with the Keystone wall engineer to design an aesthetically pleasing layout of the walls while achieving the retention of 20 feet of fill for the building pad
• Design was required to meet CalTrans approval since the walls are constructed within the CalTrans easement
